We inspect homes and test air. That's the whole business. Safe Air Experts is the independent, testing-only mold, asbestos and lead inspection company serving Redding and Shasta County — we test, we never remediate or abate, so the only thing we sell is an honest answer.
The conflict of interest nobody in this industry likes to name
A company that tests for mold and also removes it profits from finding a problem. That doesn't make everyone dishonest — it makes the incentive impossible to ignore.
Homeowners feel it. You get a report full of alarming language, and the same company hands you a five-figure quote on the last page. Safe Air Experts removed the incentive: there is no remediation division to feed, and we take no referral fees from the contractors we name.
